Here are some good things:
- I have almost completely stopped drinking soda. I don't feel the need for caffeine that I used to. aka - no longer addicted to caffeine!
- I am pretty limber and my back is better for it! Yoga is amazing, I feel so good after. However, you really need something extra to lose weight.
- I <3 Tofu. I grill some mean tofu.
Here are goals for next week:
- Work out 3-5 days.
- Nightly push-ups/crunches
- Nightly yoga.
- No sugar. (The bad kind)
- Less carbs, more whole grains and protein.
- Meat only 3 times
- Take pictures of myself in my clothes. How do they fit now and do I notice changes as I work for it?
