Man, I haven't written on this blog in forever. You wanna know why? The raw truth? I'm embarrassed. My wishes for weight loss and a healthier body are constantly dashed by my own inconsistencies/laziness. My body has been absolutely crazy lately, and I have partly been scared to push it, to see what it can do. Given, it's probably because I don't push it!

Here are some good things:

  • I have almost completely stopped drinking soda. I don't feel the need for caffeine that I used to. aka - no longer addicted to caffeine! 
  • I am pretty limber and my back is better for it! Yoga is amazing, I feel so good after. However, you really need something extra to lose weight.
  • I <3 Tofu. I grill some mean tofu. 

Here are goals for next week:

  • Work out 3-5 days.
  • Nightly push-ups/crunches
  • Nightly yoga. 
  • No sugar. (The bad kind)
  • Less carbs, more whole grains and protein. 
  • Meat only 3 times
  • Take pictures of myself in my clothes. How do they fit now and do I notice changes as I work for it?
